Use Lead to coordinate the time, leave, and assignments of people in one shared team.

Grant and verify Lead access inside one team.
You'll end up with: Priya Sharma can coordinate Marcus Webb inside Architect without receiving firm-wide staff administration.
Before you start
Lead delegates within a shared team
Lead gives Profiles View and Time, Leave, and Assignments Edit for people who share a team with the actor. It does not create firm-wide staff management. In this example, Priya Sharma can coordinate Marcus Webb because both belong to Architect.
Team access is resolved from the actor to each teammate. If two people share several teams, Monument combines the strongest value for each of the four team dimensions.
Assign and verify Lead

Save Contributor for Priya Sharma so firm-wide staff management stays hidden.

Open Architect, add Marcus Webb, then choose Access level.

Select Lead for Priya Sharma and save the team.

Preview Priya Sharma, open Marcus Webb, then inspect his Time and Leave tabs.
Priya Sharma's Lead assignment describes what Priya can do for shared teammates. Marcus Webb's own team level can be different.
Troubleshooting
- Marcus Webb is absent. Confirm both people are saved as Architect members.
- Time or leave cannot be reached. Confirm Priya Sharma's Architect row says Lead.
- Other staff stay restricted. This is expected when they do not share a team with Priya.
