Delegate firm-wide project operations without granting project revenue or expense access.
What you'll achieve
Set and verify firm-wide administration of existing project tasks, resources, and time.
You'll end up with: Marcus Webb has Project Manager access and can administer operational project settings.
Before you start
Administration covers operations, not project money
Project administration has Hidden and Edit. Edit max-grants Tasks, Resources, and Time across existing projects and shared project configuration. It does not grant project Revenue or Expenses. Those dimensions remain controlled by each admitted project access level and branch.
The tutorial uses Riverside Apartments. Marcus Webb has no deliberate manual grant on that project. Viewer can inspect it through the all-project Viewer floor. Project Manager adds the firm-wide operational administration capability.
Compare one existing project

Save Viewer for Marcus Webb and start Preview.

Open Riverside Apartments, choose Members, and confirm Add person is absent.

Stop Preview, save Project Manager, and preview again.
- 4
Return to Members and confirm Add person is visible.
Never use Project administration as a shortcut for project budgets. Revenue and Expenses remain independent project dimensions, and Business finances does not max-merge into them.
Troubleshooting
- A project row is missing. Administration does not replace project row admission. Check project visibility and grant provenance.
- Financial controls remain hidden. Check the person's project Revenue and Expenses levels.
- New Project is absent. Project creation is a separate account capability.
