Before you start
Viewer reveals profiles, not management
Team Viewer sets Profiles to View while keeping Time, Leave, and Assignments Hidden. Priya Sharma can find Marcus Webb and read his shared-team profile, but the level does not delegate staff editing or cross-member work management.
This is separate from project Viewer. Team levels resolve access between people; project levels resolve access to project Revenue, Expenses, Tasks, Resources, and Time.
Assign and verify Viewer

Save Contributor for Priya Sharma.

Open Architect, add Marcus Webb, then choose Access level.

Select Viewer for Priya Sharma and save the team.
- 4
Preview Priya Sharma and open Marcus Webb's profile. Staff editing controls remain absent.
Assign a level from the team's Access level tab. Manage the definitions under Resources, Access Levels, on the Team tab.
Troubleshooting
- Marcus Webb is missing. Confirm he and Priya Sharma are saved in Architect.
- An Edit control appears. Check Priya's account level for firm-wide Staff management.
- Another teammate is absent. Team Viewer only reaches people in a shared team.
